We do not cancel due to rain; however, dangerous weather conditions may cause us to reschedule. If we have to cancel due to weather, we will endeavor to find a date that works for you. The Red Lodge Retreats Facility retains the right to cancel or reschedule dates, as required.
The Red Lodge Retreat Facility is located at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch, 11 km west of Bowden, Alberta. (34502 Range Rd 22, Bowden, AB)
We are just 45 minutes north of Calgary and 30 minutes south of Red Deer.
All participants must provide a complete & signed waiver online before beginning their event.
To ensure participants’ safety, all facilitators are fully trained, and operating procedures are strictly adhered to. All participants must adhere to the Local Operating Procedures of NexLevel Challenge Ltd. when at the Red Lodge Retreat Facility
For our team building programs, all program cancellations must be received, in writing, at least 30 business days in advance of the scheduled program date.
If written cancellation is not received, as outlined above, the client will be invoiced for the entire program amount, which the client agrees to pay within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Program dates can be rescheduled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. If the request is made with less than 30 days’ notice, terms are at the discretion of the Red Lodge Retreat Facility, a division of NexLevel Challenge.
