We do not cancel due to rain; however, dangerous weather conditions may cause us to reschedule. If we have to cancel due to weather, we will endeavor to find a date that works for you. Red Lodge Ropes Course retains the right to cancel or reschedule dates, as required.
Red Lodge Ropes Course is located at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch, 11 km west of Bowden, Alberta. (34502 Range Rd 22, Bowden, AB)

We are just 45 minutes north of Calgary and 30 minutes south of Red Deer.

This course is not designed for young children. For our recreation programs, participants must be a minimum of 14 years old and have a minimum 6 ft arm reach. For sports team building programs, participants must be a minimum of 14 years old.
All participants must wear climbing harnesses and helmets supplied by Red Lodge Ropes Course. For their safety, spectators will also be required to wear a helmet when participants are on the course.
Participants must wear well fitted and comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in and appropriate for the weather. You will be wearing a helmet and safety harness.

Footwear is important; athletic shoes, trainers, hiking boots or sturdy walking shoes are recommended. Flip flops, sandals and soft soled shoes are not acceptable.

All participants must provide a complete & signed waiver before beginning this event.

To ensure participants’ safety, all course operators are fully trained, and operating procedures are strictly adhered to. All participants must adhere to the Local Operating Procedures of NexLevel Challenge Ltd. when at Red Lodge Ropes Course.

The Ropes Course is located at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch, a working cattle and horse ranch. The Ranch offers cabin & hall rental, fire pits, open green space, trail rides, and wagon rides. Advance reservations are required.

For our recreation programs, requests for transfer to another date must be received via email at least one week before your event date and you can select an alternate date. No refunds will be issued; however, you may send a substitute in your place if you are no longer able to attend.

For our team building programs, all program cancellations must be received, in writing, at least 30 business days in advance of the scheduled program date.

If written cancellation is not received, as outlined above, the client will be invoiced for the entire program amount, which the client agrees to pay within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Program dates can be rescheduled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. If the request is made with less than 30 days’ notice, terms are at the discretion of Red Lodge Ropes Course, a division of NexLevel Challenge.
